Halifax, December 1, 2022 – The Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse (CDÉNÉ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Blaine D. LeBlanc as Bilingual Employment Engagement Specialist for parts of Inverness County. His start date was on November 7, 2022.
Blaine has worked in customer service and frontline operations for over a decade in the hospitality, education, and the private sector. After completing his Bachelor of Arts at Carleton University, where he majored in Human Rights with a minor in Spanish, Blaine relocated to Toronto and worked for The Canadian Institute (C5 Group of Companies), a global legal and business conference company.
A few years later, Blaine returned to Nova Scotia and began working for Access Nova Scotia, honing his customer service skills again and later with the Conseil scolaire acadien provincial (CSAP) system at NDA school where he worked as a tutor and teacher's aide.
