Imen Raboudi, new Provincial Project Coordinator for Early Childhood and Education

Halifax, December 20, 2022 - The Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse (CDÉNÉ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Imen Raboudi, as Provincial Project Coordinator for Early Childhood and Education with the Acadian and Francophone communities in the province of Nova Scotia. Her start date was on December 15, 2022 in the Halifax office.

After graduating with honors from the National School of Engineering in Tunis, TUNISIA, Imen held several positions and worked for more than 14 years in coordination as a project manager, including more than 10 years on behalf of the Tunisian Ministry of Equipment. Imen handled with success different national projects of infrastructure and sustainable development. This has permitted her to develop many communication skills and to work as a team leader to achieve her objectives on time and within budget.

Her interest in early childhood and developing connections with her community has led her to volunteer for several international associations such as the Junior Chamber International JCI and the International Association for Student Exchange for technical experience IAESTE.
Her growth mindset is the result of her Mediterranean origins and her various trips through different countries such as Greece, Belgium, Germany, Libya, Niger and Japan to land in Canada today and be able to contribute to the development of the early childhood sector in Nova Scotia.

“I feel very fortunate to be able to move to Nova Scotia to provide employability support to both job seekers and employers in the sector of Early Childhood and Education. leading to the prosperity of the Acadian and francophone communities is a mission that is close to my heart and that I am passionate about, so I am looking forward to working with the CDÉNÉ team and its members to set up this project, to set goals and to achieve them together”.
