Halifax, november 2, 2018 – The Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse (CDÉNÉ) is pleased to welcome Sébastien Ducourtieux, newly appointed as Communications and Marketing Officer. He started work on October 29 in Halifax.
Native from France, Sébastien holds a Master's degree in Political Sciences from the University Toulouse I, in France. Passionate about graphic arts since his childhood, he naturally turned to graphic design after university studies. He worked as a graphic designer and webmaster in a French musical instruments company for 7 years. Then, he founded his own graphic design studio in France in 2014, an activity he led until his arrival in Canada in August 2018.
"I am happy to join the CDÉNÉ team today" he said. "It will allow me to diversify my professional practice while enriching myself with this new life in Nova Scotia and I think it will be reciprocal. In fact, I hope that my expertise in the field of communications will be profitable to CDÉNÉ and its missions."
