Looking for employment services in Nova Scotia? CDÉNÉ provides free, confidential and personalized employment support services to job seekers across the province.

All CDÉNÉ employment services are offered in both of Canada’s official languages and are accessible to anyone seeking employment support in Nova Scotia.

Whether you are looking for your first job, changing careers, returning to the workforce, or seeking guidance to better understand the labour market, our team is here to support you. 

CDÉNÉ’s Employment Services Centres across Nova Scotia are funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) and the Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration (LSI). We support job seekers in finding and maintaining employment while also helping employers with recruitment and employee retention.

CDÉNÉ collaborates with community, educational, governmental and economic partners to improve access to employment services across Nova Scotia.
