Allison d'Eon, new Economic Development Officer for Argyle
Halifax, February 14, 2020 – The Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse (CDÉNÉ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Allison d'Eon as the new Economic Development Officer for Argyle. Her start date was February 10th, 2020.
Allison grew up in Belleville and Pubnico, two small Acadian communities in Southwestern Nova Scotia. Allison has been very involved in the Francophone and Acadian community and has built a strong relationship with its members following her extensive tourism and social media marketing experience. In May 2017, she graduated from Acadia University with her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Professionally, she has worked in the tourism industry, event planning, and customer service.
“I am honoured to be part of the CDÉNÉ team. I hope that my education, experience and knowledge of Southwestern Nova Scotia will benefit the CDÉNÉ. I consider it a great privilege to work with this team on projects that will benefit our region. I am looking forward to working with our partners to help develop sustainable economic growth for our region and the province.”
