Renee Blinn, new Economic Development Officer for Clare
Read moreHalifax, October 14, 2021 – The Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse (CDÉNÉ) is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Renee Blinn as the new Economic Development Officer for Clare. Her start date was October 12, 2021.
Renee was born in Clare and grew up in Grosses Coques in Southwestern Nova Scotia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts - Major in Commerce from Université Sainte-Anne in Church Point. Renee has been involved in volunteer work for as long as she can remember in the sports and cultural communities of the Clare region. Professionally, she has worked at Université Sainte-Anne and more recently at the Conseil scolaire acadien provincial (CSAP). -
Ms. Julie Oliver announces her departure as Executive Director of the CDÉNÉ
Read moreHalifax, October 12, 2021 – After careful consideration, Julie Oliver has decided to leave as Executive Director of the Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse (CDÉNÉ).
The official date of Ms. Oliver's departure is December 31, 2021. In the meantime, to ensure the best possible transition, Ms. Oliver will remain available to the Board of Directors, CDÉNÉ employees and partners. -
